Tanduay Athletics will hold the fifth Chairman Kap, an annual golf invitational staged in honor of Dr. Lucio Tan, on Friday with another huge field expected at Wack Wack Golf and Country Club in Mandaluyong.
As in its first four staging, the 18-hole tournament will feature friends and partners of Tanduay plus guests from various sectors who, in one way or the other, have helped make the firm become one of the biggest brands in the country.
“At Tanduay, we value friendships and long-lasting partnerships. We will always be grateful that we are in the company of good people. Chairman Kap is the perfect venue to share what we hope to accomplish with Tanduay Athletics,” said TDI president Lucio “Bong” Tan Jr.
Former national champion and veteran internationalist Gerard Cantada is the tournament director.
